Summary of Requirements

The OSCE SPU’s ExB project “Strengthening Capacity of SCMU and Public Authorities to Co-operate Effectively with Civil Society” (Project) plans to deliver a summer school for public officials, students and CSOs and a number of workshops (in the form of reading club) under Activity 3.2. Therefore, the OSCE requires the services to produce hand-out materials for the participants of the above-mentioned events.
