Summary of Requirements
The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) seeks Bids from qualified and interested Bidders for the provision of satellite voice and data services and supply of satellite communications hardware equipment to the OSCE, in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated in the tender documents.
