Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Presence in Albania (PiA) is seeking a multimedia and communication agency to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive awareness-raising campaign and associated outreach activities aimed at promoting both Out-of-Country Voting (OCV) and In-Country Voting. The selected agency will be responsible for developing, designing, and managing a strategic social media content plan that effectively informs and engages diverse voter groups. This includes creating high-quality multimedia content such as static graphics, short-form videos, motion graphics, and interactive digital materials to maximize reach and engagement
