Bidders are invited to submit a bid for the Provision of Unarmed Guard Security Services at the United Nations Common Compound (UNCC), Tripoli, Libya: Unarmed Private Security Company (UPSC), as specified in Section 5: Schedule of Requirements, in accordance with this Invitation to Bid (ITB). A summary of the scope of the bid is included in Section 3: Data Sheet.
