Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Mission to Serbia seeks proposals from non-Governmental (not for profit) Organizations or Research and academic institutions to conduct research on media measurement across various platforms (print, online, TV, and radio). This research will build upon the most recent media measurement analysis from 2018 (“Right Measure of Media” as a baseline) and incorporate other relevant resources. The objective is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current state of media measurements in the country.
