Introduction :

The assignment’s specific objective is to deliver training programme on public procurement practices to strengthen the capacities of the practitioners from Posavina Canton. Particular focus would be on practical scenarios most encountered by cantonal employees implementing provisions of the BIH Law on Public Procurement.

Specifically, the Consultant is expected to perform the following tasks: 

          1. Conduct a needs assessment and prepare a report on existing public procurement procedures and practices in Posavina Canton, alongside with making adjustments to the existing training package for the delivery of the tailored training programme on public procurement;

          2. Training delivery and reporting.
