Publishing Operations Assistant, Audio

This is an exciting time to join a fast-paced team that is setting a precedent for innovative and ground-breaking work, and as our new Publishing Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in bringing our audio publishing to new heights.
You will work closely with everyone involved in the publishing of our audiobooks, from the recording studios to the editors, retailers, and many colleagues across the whole of Penguin Random House – so being a great communicator is a must! You’ll build a wide range of skills, and be required to oversee schedules, update description copy, commission artwork and distribute audiobooks.
Your responsibilities will include:
Organising cover creation
Updating key audiobook information on our systems
Organising title set up
Maintaining and creating schedules
Archiving audio
Supporting on day-to-day administration
What you’ll bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised and efficient
Adaptable and eager to learn new systems
Perhaps you’ve worked in an administrative environment before, juggling lots of projects and would like to move into a creative industry, or maybe you’ve got experience working with multiple systems, managing the data. If this sounds like you, we’d love you hear from you.
