1. Background
As a part of the DELIVER in health project in Iraq to promote Durable Endeavors and Local Initiatives for Vulnerable Communities’ Empowerment and Resilience in Health, PUI will provide technical capacity building to their local partner Hope Makers Organization for Women. The training will focus on building the technical capacity of the HMOW staff in technical themes that are relevant to the areas of intervention of HMOW and to their capacity needs
Gender-Based Violence, Identification, and Referrals: The training aims to introduce the types of GBV, how to identify them, and also the type of MHPSS services that can be provided to victims of GBV. The module will also provide a deep dive into power dynamics, especially those relevant to aid workers.
