1. Background
As a part of the DELIVER in health project in Iraq to promote Durable Endeavors and Local Initiatives for Vulnerable Communities’ Empowerment and Resilience in Health, PUI will provide technical capacity building to their local partner Hope Makers Organization for Women. The training will focus on building the technical capacity of the HMOW staff in operational areas that are required for efficient operations management of HMOW and to their capacity needs
The training will specifically focus on:
Grants and Proposals: The training aims to increase the capacity of the team in writing fundraising documents and in managing grants. With a special focus on Theory of change, the training will prepare the team to apply for funds that are more linked to sustainable development and behavioral change.
