PUI – Human Resources Trainer – Conducting Training on Management of People, Leadership & Motivation

1. Background

As a part of the DELIVER in health project in Iraq to promote Durable Endeavors and Local Initiatives for Vulnerable Communities’ Empowerment and Resilience in Health, PUI will provide technical capacity building to their local partner Hope Makers Organization for Women. The training will focus on building the technical capacity of the HMOW staff in operational areas that are required for efficient operations management of HMOW and to their capacity needs

The training will specifically focus on:

Human Resources: the training aims to focus on the appraisal process management with a focus on performance improvement alongside complaint management. The trainer will review existing tools and plan materials according to the needs of the trainees. Trainees will receive advanced input on conflict resolution policies, pathways for staff appraisal, and complain management. The module will also focus on Leadership and Motivation, to build the skills that managers need to lead their staff and organization effectively.
