On behalf of Premiere Urgence International (PUI)-Iraq,

Need your kind cooperation to provide us with the quotation to Prepare the final Financial Statement for the PUI / Iraq mission – For Kurdistan region of Iraq for the year 2024:

• The deadline for the EQR is Tuesday, April 06, 2025.
• Sign and stamp the attached request EQR and fill in the whole requested information in Yellow (Prices, Delivery Date, total amount, and the validity of the quotation) before the deadline mentioned.
• Provide the quotation in USD currency or the exchange rate for another currency (Iraqi dinar or EURO).
• The delivery location will be Erbil .
• The submission of the quotation or the attached EQR should be as mentioned in the attached EQR Via email to this email : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
• Identify the payment terms by bank account. Send the bank account details on the official letterhead as mentioned in the EQR.
• The Legal Documents of the Firm has to be sent with the EQR

عزيزي ممثل الشركة ،

بالنيابة عن منظمة الاغاثة الاولية الفرنسية PUI  في العراق,

يرجى تعاونكم الكريم لتقديم عرض سعر لاعداد التقرير المالي النهائي السنوي لمنظمة الإغاثة الأولية الدولية لمناطق وسط وجنوب العراق لسنة 2024 :

-يرجى ان تكون التسعيرة بالدولار الامريكي او تزويدنا بمقدار صرف العملة في حالة التسعير بالدينار العراقي او اليور.

-مكان التسليم المواد سيكون في بغداد.

-الموعد النهائي لتقديم العرض يوم الثلاثاء المصادف 06 – نيسان– 2025.

-يجب ارسال عرض السعر مع طلب التسعير موقع ومختوم قبل الموعد النهائي المذكور.

-توقيع وختم المرفق EQR وملء جميع المعلومات المطلوبة بالاصفر (الأسعار ، وتاريخ التسليم ، والمبلغ الإجمالي ، وصلاحية عرض الأسعار). وتقديمه قبل الموعد النهائي.

– مكان تسليم القرير سيكون بغداد.

– يجب أن يكون تقديم عرض الأسعار أو EQR المرفق كما هو مذكور في EQR المرفق عبر البريد الإلكتروني من خلال الرد على الكل في هذا البريد الإلكتروني.

– تحديد شروط الدفع عن طريق حساب بنكي . أرسل تفاصيل الحساب المصرفي على الورق الرسمي للشركة كما هو مذكور في EQR.

– يرجى ارسال جميع الاوراق القانونية المتعلقة بتاسيس الشركة , وشهادة المحاسب القانوني والاوراق القانونية المتوفرة
