Premier Urgence International. is a humanitarian organization dedicated to providing emergency relief and support to vulnerable populations in crisis situations around the world. As part of our ongoing efforts to deliver aid and assistance in a timely and effective manner, we are currently seeking quotations for the rental of vehicles. These vehicles will play a crucial role in our humanitarian missions, allowing us to transport personnel, and equipment to areas in need.

 

Therefore, we are kindly inviting you to present Your offer ( based on the Attached EQR )  including the prices, and to provide the bellow documents :

 

1. A copy of a currently valid and legally registered vehicle registration           
2. Proof of prior experience, preferably with the United Nations (UN) or an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO).” 
3. a valid business registration certificate.” For Companies   
4. a copy of the tax clearance certificate.”  For Companies 
5. A valid identification (ID) for the authorized person.”
6. Driving License Scan for the Driver
7. The Insurance Policy

this contract will be for two Months Only (July -August )
