The candidate’s responsibilities include:

  • High volume invoice processing
  • Ensuring automation software works as required and highlighting areas of improvement and efficiencies.
  • Timely and accurate payment processing
  • Set up new supplier accounts.
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries.
  • Resolve and respond to supplier queries
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Coordinating with the management accounts team to ensure our monthly results are delivered.
  • Building professional & positive relationships with suppliers

Th ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Purchase Ledger experience.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • The ability to work to monthly deadlines.
  • Show resilience & initiative in a busy working environment.
  • Personal efficiency and ability to prioritise competing demands
