The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), as part of the Stabilization Project in Cabo Delgado, invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the procurement of furniture equipment to support the establishment of the Integrated Development Coordination Platform Secretariat and conference facility in Pemba, Cabo Delgado Province.
The required goods include conference tables, ergonomic chairs, blinds, podium, video conferencing kits, display screens, computers, printers, networking devices, and satellite internet equipment. All items must be delivered and installed at the designated location in Pemba within the specified timeframe and must comply with the minimum technical specifications outlined in the solicitation documents.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
