Summary of Requirements

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe – OSCE intends to purchase document checking devices – 275 inspection kits/magnifiers to detect document fraud by the border officers of the host countries. 
The aim is for the items to be used by law enforcement (whether border guards or police) to examine the security features and printing techniques in travel documents or identity cards.
