Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs.
  • Developing individualized care plans and goals in collaboration with clients and other professionals.
  • Providing crisis intervention and support during mental health crises.
  • Advocating for clients’ rights and ensuring access to necessary services.
  • Promoting community integration and social inclusion through various activities.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
