Overview

About the Role

The post holder will be a core member of the Professional Services Team based in the School of Business and Management responsible for delivering support for quality assurance processes in the School across UG and PG taught programmes.

The primary goal is to manage and coordinate all processes around assessment offence cases and examination paper production including moderation and running of scrutiny committees and liaison with external examiners. The Quality Administrator will also support meetings of the Teaching and Learning Committee, and of the School’s Subject Examination Boards, support assurance processes and continual improvements in programme design, curriculum management and the assessment of learning.
