Quality and Compliance Manager

Job Description:The Opportunity:Childlight, a global child safety institute, is looking for a Quality and Compliance Manager to ensure that Childlight adheres to processes and policies that support high quality and ethical operations.You will play an essential role in ensuring that Childlight activities and operations meet or exceed our set standards of quality. This involves a strategic oversight of processes, focusing on minimising risks and maximising efficiency. Through monitoring performance and testing compliance across people, processes, partners, data and technology, the post holder will foster a culture of continuous improvement, where our safe, ethical, reproduceable and responsible impact is placed at the forefront of Childlight operations.This post is fixed term until 30th April 2026 and full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote (within the UK) and regular on-campus working.Your skills and attributes for success:
