As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?YOUR ROLEReporting to the Head of HSEQ you will oversee the day-to-day management of the Audit & Quality Support team. Working on new business you will ensure a seamless provision of service as work stream lead on zero defect projects.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Supporting the Head of HSEQ by offering expert advice on Quality Compliance, with a specific emphasis on specialised areas like healthcare. You will maintain the HSEQ management system, providing relevant guidance on technical elements of legislation and best practice. Develop and execute technology solutions to enhance efficiency and data security, driving performance improvement and managing the audit program across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. Attend kick off meetings as the work stream lead on all zero-defect implementation projects, with support from the Regional Support Partners through to successful go live.Day to day management and upskilling of the Quality Support Partners creating a passionate and driven team, ensuring the ability to deliver a proactive, value add service to the business. You will provide metrics and data analysis designed to drive efficiency and an ongoing improvement in performance.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining integrated management systems. Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 13485 and all HSEQ disciplines and ISO standards.The ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities are also key requirements for this role.Essential qualifications
- ISO 9001 / ISO 13845 Lead Auditor
- BSI or equivalent qualification in process & computer systems
- MHRA responsible person
Desirable skills
- Degree level qualification in a healthcare related discipline
- Project Management experience
- Experience gained in the automotive / aviation industry.
