We have a position for a Quality Assurance Manager in SNAP this is a full time position working Mon-FriSNAP customers expect the highest standard of digital product and service. With an ever expanding customer case the code delivered to fulfil product and service requirements must be secure, scalable, maintainable and of the highest quality.Quality is paramount in every stage of our delivery process as well as in the wider business. It is essential that we are following legislative and standard processes and that the business and customers are using software products and services as intended.The Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) will not only be responsible for the product software testing capability but also ensure wider business processes and practices are being followed through regular audit, reporting and recommendations.As a Quality Assurance Manager you will have access to:

Job responsibilities will include:
- Creation of a Quality Assurance plan for the business
- Delivery and execution of audit plan for business processes
- Delivery and execution of audit plan for delivery lifecycle processes
- Delivery and execution of audit plan for group IT processes
- Non conformance to agreed process is documented and root cause assessed.
- Action plan back to green on non-conformance agreed with stakeholders and manged to delivery
- Accountable for the test function consistently creating automated test scripts based on acceptance criteria created in the requirements gathering and elicitation process
- Accountable for ensuring test scripts are updated to maintain or increase the regression test coverage of the assigned squad.
- Accountable for the creation of strategies for testing new functionality as part of the sprint process
Other skills and experience required:
- Has quantifiable experience gained in an equivalent role, with experience in the logistics industry being advantageous.
- Is a strong communicator, comfortable in presenting complex ideas and concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to make complex ideas and concepts relatable to stakeholders.
- An understanding of the theory of constraints would be an advantage but not essential. A willingness to learn the theory of constraints is essential.
- Has a full, clean driving license in the designated country with the willingness to undertake extensive country-wide travel and overnight stays where required for the proper performance of the role to be carried out.
- Valid passport that allows travel across Europe and to the UK when required.
- A degree in a technology discipline or the equivalent would be advantageous but is not critical.
- Has a demonstrable passion for safeguarding the business with regard to its collection, storing and exploitation of data.
- Empathetic and team focused, puts the welfare of others ahead of outcome and personal ambition.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, SharePoint and other relevant electronic digital portal proficiency.
- Advanced communication (written and oral) techniques used across various forums.
