Dependent on Experience Quality Assurance – Marketing |4 months | Outside | RemoteOpus are working with a key client who are looking to bring on a QA to bolster their team.
You will lead quality assurance for the marketing team’s customer communications across UK, Australia & New Zealand. Which will ensure compliance, consistency, and high standards in their marketing execution.Key Responsibilities:

• Review and test customer communications across multiple channels
• Collaborate with Onsite and CRM teams
• Evaluate and evolve QA standards
• Provide performance reporting and improvement recommendations

Requirements:

• Extensive QA experience in marketing communications
• Knowledge of data protection and marketing regulations
• Various Automation tools to provide streamlining
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong communication skills
