our people within a welcoming and supportive team, and pride ourselves on pulling together to

A unique and essential role in the Business Energy Scotland team, you will be an instrumental
player if the programme is to deliver its mission to help Scottish SMEs achieve significant
financial and carbon savings on their energy consumption.

What you’ll do

  • Undertake and own the process for carrying out final checks and technical review of bespoke
energy efficiency assessment reports to ensure quality standards are met before they are issued
    to customers.
  • Liaise between contracted external energy consultants, managers and the wider Business
Energy Scotland team to maintain prompt and efficient throughput of assessment reports at
    scale.
  • Provide quality assurance support to other Business Energy Scotland functions through
activities such as call quality monitoring and process development.
  • Take an active role in the Business Energy Scotland advice team by supporting the delivery
of events, promotional activity, resolving customer enquiries, knowledge sharing and training.
