You will do this by implementing the right level of Quality Engineering principles and artefacts across all testing types through Agile testing with an ‘Automation First’ approach.About us…Like the modern Britain we serve, we’re evolving. Join us on our journey and you will too…What you’ll do…As a Quality Engineer in your day to day you’ll:Work in an Agile fashion with colleagues from different fields to plan and execute highly effective testing to ensure excellent delivery quality to colleagues and customers.Exercise your “T-Shape” capabilities to develop and further improve the expansion of our Test Automation framework to deliver quality testing in a rapid execution timeline.Be part of the Quality Engineering community to learn and grow individually but also working with others to help the community improve.Work collaboratively with the Product Owner as well as Engineers, Architects, Customer Journey Manager’s and Integrators to help building the feature team capability.What you’ll need…Drawing on your knowledge of Test Automation to achieve key outcomes and support organisational goals.Be involved in hands-on development and maintenance of our test automation and find ways to increase the intelligence within it.Working with our Engineering Leads, you will be shaping the strategy, and defining the technical solutions on how we integrate our automation beyond our applications and developing tools which can be used wider across our Platform and neighbouring Platforms.Through our model, we encourage sharing of new solutions and techniques within the chapter and with other parts of the wider payments engineering platform.Apply your expertise to act as the organisational authority on Building, Maintaining and Improving Payments Test Automation.BDD Cucumber Framework. (TestNG Framework experience welcomed as well)Technology Stack – JUnit, Java, Spring Boot, Jenkins and GitHub, Maven, Nexus, Eclipse, Selenium, Oracle/SQL DB.It would be great if you also had…Strong knowledge of Cloud computing concepts and technologies such as virtualisation and microservices.Development and performance tuning of APIs.About working for us…Our focus is to ensure we are inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
