Your new role
Join an award winning program as the Quality Manager working within a Trauma Informed framework and responsible for the provision of high quality, effective improvement program which meets the requirements for the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
Your day-to-day
Working within Sacred Heart Community you will support the Manager Sacred Heart Community and the Quality Team to deliver a continuous improvement program and participate in ongoing development of best practice and evidence based service models. In this role you will be working on a variety of tasks, including key strategic projects and quality improvement, risk management and health and safety activities. You will be building relationships with staff at Sacred Heart Community and teams across the entire organisation.
We’re looking for someone
- With experience in drug and alcohol, mental health aged care and/or aged care compliance and quality reporting environments
- A relevant degree in Health Science or equivalent knowledge and experience working in the Aged Care Quality environment
- With strong project management skills
- Who is able to be flexible and creative who is team focussed with strong interpersonal skills
