Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the Feedback and Incident Management system, including onboarding, training, and reporting.
  • Quality duties as required, such as audits, service reviews, and major projects.
  • Manage the Policy Manual, including document creation, review, and maintenance of the electronic register.
  • Assist with the administration of Client Health Records requests across the organisation.
  • Support Accreditation functions, including self-assessments and gathering evidence.
  • Administer regular Legal & Regulatory Compliance checks.
  • Support the development of the Annual Report and Quality Account.

Ideally, you will possess:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in quality auditing, clinical governance, project management, or evaluation.
  • Understanding of Accreditation requirements and prior experience in a similar role within Community/Health or Aged Care services.
  • Experience in quality auditing or accreditation systems in health or community sectors.
  • Demonstrable skills in project management and change management.
  • An understanding of clinical governance.
