Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Warrington – with travel
Salary : £50,000 – £55,000, plus car or car allowanceExecutive Network Group have been retained with a leading utilities business, who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor, to join the team, in a newly created role.A client side role, supporting the use of an external PPM contractor, completing works nationally across their operating estate.
Reporting to Head of Property, this role will be responsible for; the development and implementation of commercial controls, delivering the business outcomes for the sector, in terms of commercial, financial, regulatory and compliance performance measures.What you’ll get to work on

• Setting up, management and control of contracts
• Multi-site PPM Contract Management
• Management of subcontractors and suppliers
• Contract set up, administration and review.
• Budget setting and control
• Preparation of cost reports and forecasts
• Management reporting
• Commercial Management
• Liaison with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Effective management of timelines
• Set up and management of processes.
• Risk Management from a cost and HSE perspective
• Supply chain analysis and review
• Variation management

Who are we looking for

• Degree in Quantity Surveying – Essential
• PPM / Construction experience – Essential
• Excellent knowledge of:

o Construction Contracts
o Cost estimating
o Tender analysis
o Contract administrationWhat you’ll get in return:
