Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm)
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 per annum
Location: Antrim, Northern IrelandAn exciting opportunity has emerged within a major airport’s development program. We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team, contributing to the growth and enhancement of airport infrastructure.The Quantity Surveyor will play a vital role in managing budgets and overseeing projects, collaborating closely with engineering and finance teams.Main Duties:

• Prepare, negotiate, and analyse costs for tenders and contracts.
• Procure subcontractors and manage variations.
• Assist in project valuation and financial reporting.
• Support project management activities.
• Contribute to budget preparation and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure project success.
