My client are a market-leading construction and property consultancy delivering significant projects throughout the UK. Their expertise includes project management, cost consultancy, employer’s agent services, fund monitoring, and development management.They deliver a variety of projects in both the private and public sectors including large residential developments, luxury private housing, and major healthcare initiatives.They have an opportunity for an Intermediate-level Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a range of newly secured projects across the Manchester area.Duties to include:

• Monitoring project costs and progress, ensuring adherence to the agreed program, budget, and quality standards.
• Producing feasibility estimates.
• Conducting cost planning and providing advice on design options.
• Preparing tender documentation, analysing tenders, and making tender recommendations.
• Compiling contract documentation and administering the contract.
