Quantity SurveyorLocation (Hybrid) – North / North EastPermanent, full-timeCompetitive salary plus benefitsDeep Dive into the role:We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join our team and make a splash in the water sector. From project inception to completion, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, managing projects with confidence and precision. You’ll handle estimating, cost planning, procurement, tender documentation, contract administration, and cost control. Professional membership with RICS is a plus! If you’re ready to attend meetings, undertake site visits, and bring your expertise to multiple projects, we want to hear from you.Skills and experience:Essential-

• NEC3/4 working knowledge
• Post Contract experience
• Project cost management skills including organisational and diligent skills.

Desirable-

• Water Industry or wider utilities experience preferred
• Working towards MRICS / MCICES
• Pre Contract / Contract Documentation experience
