Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Warrington – with travel
Salary : £50,000 – £55,000, plus car or car allowance

Executive Network Group have been retained with a leading utilities business, who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor, to join the team, in a newly created role.

A client side role, supporting the use of an external PPM contractor, completing works nationally across their operating estate.
Reporting to Head of Property, this role will be responsible for; the development and implementation of commercial controls, delivering the business outcomes for the sector, in terms of commercial, financial, regulatory and compliance performance measures.

What you’ll get to work on

• Setting up, management and control of contracts
• Multi-site PPM Contract Management
• Management of subcontractors and suppliers
• Contract set up, administration and review.
• Budget setting and control
• Preparation of cost reports and forecasts
• Management reporting
• Commercial Management
• Liaison with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Effective management of timelines
• Set up and management of processes.
• Risk Management from a cost and HSE perspective
• Supply chain analysis and review
• Variation management

Who are we looking for

• Degree in Quantity Surveying – Essential
• PPM / Construction experience – Essential
• Excellent knowledge of:

o Construction Contracts
o Cost estimating
o Tender analysis
o Contract administration

What you’ll get in return:

• £50,000 – £55,000
