Duration, Timeline and Indicators to Evaluate Consultant’s Performance Total Duration: 3 months Indicative Timeline: • Month 1: Inception, indicator and data collection, draft dashboard • Month 2: Dashboard improvements and draft presentation • Month 3: Dashboard finalization, documentation, and presentation Performance Indicators: • Timely submission and high quality of deliverables • Accuracy, completeness, and documentation of indicator data • Functionality, clarity, and user-friendliness of the Power BI dashboard • Effectiveness of metadata and user documentation • Responsiveness to feedback and constructive integration of comments Data Sources The list of the indicators together with the sources will be provided by UNRCO, and the sources will cover both: • National sources: INSTAT, line ministries, sectoral reports, census data, administrative data, etc. • International sources: World Bank, Eurostat, UN agencies, SDG databases, EU Progress Reports
