We are seeking to employ a candidate for the following position:

Main purpose of the job:
Execute administrative, HR and legal related tasks to support the Project HR Manager following MSF standards and procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and to realize the HR capacity required to achieve project objectives

Specific requirements for the role:
| Education | – Essential: HR, finance, business or administration graduate |
| Experience | – Essential: previous working experience of at least two years in relevant jobs – Desirable experience in MSF or other NGOs in developing countries. |
| Languages | – Essential: Good command of Arabic and Fluency English (minimum B2) is an asset. |
| Knowledge | – Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet) – HR: Knowledge of HR policies, labor law basics, payroll, and personnel administration. – Finance: Knowledge of bookkeeping, cash & bank management, budgets, compliance, and financial reporting. – Desirable: good command of HRIS (Homere) and Finance software (Unifield) |
