This leading Scottish independent law firm has a new opening for an Associate/Senior Associate to join the Real Estate team. Applicants will ideally have at least 6 years of experience and can expect responsibility early on and the support to make great things happen.Your role will be to provide legal advice to commercial clients, to negotiate contracts on their behalf and to advise on all matters involved in the purchase, sale, development and leasing of commercial properties.This will include:

• Drafting, negotiating, concluding contracts for sale and lease of property assets.
• Examining title and leases and report to clients.
• Drafting, negotiating and concluding leases and ancillary lease management contracts.
• Drafting, negotiating and completing Development Agreements.
• Developing long lasting client and agent relationships.
• Supporting more junior members of the team with the development of their technical knowledge and skills.
