Law firm in Norwich is seeking to recruit Real Estate Finance lawyer of 0 to 3 years’ PQE. This team of experienced Real Estate Finance lawyers handle a range of complex property finance law matters and advise on transactions throughout the UK. The team has detailed knowledge of all sectors of the property finance industry and acts for both lenders and borrowers. The team advises financial institutions, private equity funds, hedge funds, institutional funds and other types of lenders, as well as developers and investors and our real estate finance team advises on a variety of financing issues.
The successful candidate will work within a team that manages a large caseload of secured lending transactions for a UK banking group. You will be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.
