The team is 20+ strong, with four partners, senior associates, solicitors, and chartered legal executives working closely together. Expect landlord and tenant matters such as leases, assignments, surrenders, plus sales and purchases of both owner-occupied and investment properties. You’ll also advise on secured lending and finance transactions, including sale and leaseback arrangements.
