We are looking for a customer-focused Team Leader with excellent customer engagement skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality service, and a keen eye for detail. This role is responsible for managing and supporting our Front of House team, ensuring that every patient receives the best possible first impression of our hospital.

Based at Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital, the Front of House Team Leader is a key member of our hospital management team.

As our Reception Team Leader, you will:

Lead initiatives to improve and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.

Manage and support the Reception team on a day-to-day basis.

Ensure all patients are registered accurately and efficiently.

Oversee telephone enquiries through the main switchboard.

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Ensure Front of House processes are followed consistently and professionally.

Support the development and performance of the Reception team.

Maintain a welcoming, professional, and patient-focused environment.
