- Burwood location.
- Base salary from $32.21 – $35.14/hour or $63,649.37 – $69,441.04 + 11% superannuation depending on qualifications and experience.

About the role
The role of Receptionist / Administration Assistant exists to contribute to the provision of quality customer services by ensuring, customers are dealt with efficiently and appropriately and providing administrative support.

- Demonstrated ability to work co-operatively as a member of a professional team.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport.
- Experience in performing reception and administration tasks
- Well-developed time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of computer software: Word, Excel, Internet and email.
What would be great to have
- Knowledge of client management data bases e.g. AlayaCare.
- Knowledge of a range of community resources and support services.
- An ability to work in a flexible, creative manner.
- Previous experience of working effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and other culturally diverse groups.
