About the Opportunity
The Receptionist Intake Worker provides professional, culturally respectful, and friendly front office, phone and face to face reception, intake, and administration services. You will be the face of Anglicare NT, where you will welcome clients, staff, visitors, and the public. You will manage bookings for travel, vehicles, room and accommodation and provide direct administrative assistance to the Office Manager and Program staff.
Note: This will be part time shared position with flexible working hours.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold a qualification relevant to the role in administration or business (desirable)
- Be a quick learner – able to understand services provided by Anglicare NT and accurately refer calls and visitors.
- Have a passion for customer service, a friendly disposition, and able to communicate effectively with staff, clients and visitors and external stakeholders.
- Be highly organised, able to multitask.
- Prior experience or, at a minimum, demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with Indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse clients, communities, staff, and Aboriginal controlled organisations.
