Summary of the position

Implement all the requested administrative tasks, including reception of visitors with a welcoming attitude and appropriate appearance, and referral the visitors in a good manner that reflects the image of the organization while maintaining the confidentiality of information.

All PT Center’s staff

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office in a professional manner, and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Oversee the car log, register appointments, and coordinate with the driver.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Organize and coordinate daily food requests for lunch breaks in cooperation with the office boy.
  • Coordinate with the administrative officer regarding administrative tasks (printing, scanning, etc.).
  • Coordinate with maintenance workers in case maintenance is needed in the office.
  • Other assigned tasks by the Administrative Officer.

THE CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS:

Mandatory Qualifications required

  • A university Degree is mandatory, and any related field is desirable.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a receptionist.

Languages:

  • Fluent in written and spoken Arabic Language.
  • intermediate written and spoken Turkish Language.

Competencies:

  • Follow up.

The salary will be defined according to the SAMS Turkey Office salary scale .
