  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to identify position requirements, craft compelling job postings, and guide the recruitment process from start to finish.

  • Foster strong relationships with Hiring Managers to you find their new hires for their team who are engaged and thriving whilst working at that service.

  • You bring a track record of success in end-to-end recruitment, showcasing your ability to source candidates and guide them through a seamless onboarding process.
  • Known for your hardworking nature and unwavering can-do attitude, you tackle challenges with enthusiasm and drive.
  • Your communication and interpersonal skills make you a trusted advisor to both Hiring Managers and candidates alike.
  • With excellent organisational and time management abilities, you effortlessly juggle multiple tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments, eager to work alongside Hiring Managers and team members, all while taking the initiative and being proactive.
  • Armed with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset, you are always ready to tackle any obstacles that come your way.
  • Your keen eye for detail and organisational skills ensure that every process, from recruitment workflows to data management, is executed flawlessly.
  • You’ve demonstrated your ability to use initiative, solve problems creatively, and drive results.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment resourcing, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume, or process-driven environment.
  • Understanding of full cycle recruiting, including the intricacies of onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with recruitment ATS’s and onboarding system platforms, including our tools JobAdder and HROnboard.

We support families with young and school-aged children by providing care and education for over 11,000 children per day in Outside School Hours Care services, Long Day Care centres, as well as a number of Kindergarten Services. Services extend from the Fraser Coast across South East Queensland through to the Gold Coast and out to the Lockyer Valley.
