Due to growth and new service establishments within Stride, we are seeking a fixed term Recruitment Business Partner to support the recruitment of service delivery roles across NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS and ACT.

Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Recruitment Business Partner to join a leading mental health organisation and make a real difference. This role is part of the People & Culture team at Stride, working within a small recruitment team.

  • Support the recruitment of service delivery roles as we continue to grow across QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and TAS
  • Provide advice, recommendations and solutions covering recruitment, candidate selection, interviews and supporting managers as they work their way through the recruitment process
  • Provide a great candidate and manager experience
  • Working with the broader People and Culture team, implement recruitment practices that assist operations in attracting and retaining high-quality staff
  • Meet our service governance, safety and compliance obligations through timely and accurate reporting to Managers
  • Ensure funding arrangements and organisational obligations meet staffing requirements

  • Fixed-term 6 month contract. Full-time hours available however will consider part-time for the right candidate

Requirements:

  • Tertiary level education in a relevant discipline, i.e. Human Resources, Business Management, Social Sciences (or completed relevant Diploma with extensive experience)
  • You will be an experienced in-house recruiter who can ‘hit the ground running’, having recruited across the community/healthcare sector (will also consider an agency recruiter with experience recruiting allied health professionals)
  • Great at building relationships with managers and candidates and be skilled at spotting fantastic talent
  • Systems savvy and the confidence to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, providing strong support to managers along the way
  • A great brand ambassador and successfully promote who we are and what we do across recruitment networks
  • You’ll love being busy and working in an evolving multi-site mental health services environment.
  • A strong communicator and be comfortable working with a recruitment system that gives you great access to data
  • You may have experience as a generalist People & Culture Business Partner which includes substantial recruitment experience
  • And most of all, you’ll contribute to a role that makes a real impact in hiring passionate staff who believe the consumer is the heart of everything we do.
  • Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a Blue Card
  • Must hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance
