• Conducting client and candidate meetings to understand needs and requirements.
• Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to meet targets.
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through networking and database management.
• Providing consultative advice to clients and candidates on the recruitment process.
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle, from initial interview to placement.
• Ensuring a high level of service delivery at all times.
