• We offer a basic salary of up to £30,500 dependent on experience.
• Realistic first year earnings are between £34,000 and £36,000.
• Company car scheme or Car allowance (£400 per month)

For Experienced Recruitment Consultants:

• Basic Salary: £26,000 – £28,500.
• First-Year Earnings: £28,000 – £31,500 (including commission).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Visit new and existing clients to understand their needs.
• Temporary worker Selection: Identify and assess candidates to match client requirements.
• High-Quality Service: Ensure delivery of services aligns with company values.
• Sales Targets: With support, work towards achievable sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with aviation companies, airlines, and aviation service providers to understand their recruitment needs.
• Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with local and international aviation regulations, labor laws, and health and safety standards.
• Liaise with the compliance team to ensure that vetting procedures are being followed and completed prior to starting a candidate
• Being the face of recruitment at Gatwick Airport. Regular visits to Gatwick

Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.
