We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and help us hire talent inclusively.You don’t need existing experience in the publishing industry or in recruitment. We’re interested in your ambition to support the team, ensuring we offer a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers.About PenguinWe’re the UK’s largest publisher; made up of some 2,000 people and publishing over 1,500 books each year. Our recruitment team of eight are committed to achieving this goal, and who and how we hire is very important. The team, led by our Head of Recruitment, is made up of five recruiters, our Employer Brand Manager and our Programmes and Outreach Advisor. As Coordinator, you’ll provide support to all team members to varying degrees, in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.Key Responsibilities

While our offices across the UK are places to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we expect that you will attend team meetings at both our Vauxhall Bridge Road and Embassy Gardens offices as needed. Typically, this might be two days per week.
