Description of the Assignment: Recruitment of National Consultant – Chief of Staff for Environmental Protection Authority (EPA)

Period of Assignment/Services: 260 Working days distributed over 12 Months

Important Note:

• When registering in the supplier portal please use your three full names as indicated in the passport in the Supplier name section
• While registering in the Quantum system and participating in this procurement opportunity, we would like to instruct you to submit your respective offer only as an Individual Consultant under your name (not company name). Submissions made in the name of a company will results in disqualifications and will not warrant for further evaluation.

• Please note that financial proposal must not be included anywhere except the financial/ commercial sub-section under Requirements section.  If any financial proposal is found in any of the other technical documents, it will result in disqualifications from the bid.
• Your offer should be made only on ETB (Ethiopia Birr Only).  Any offer submitted with other currency will be disqualified.
