Are you a passionate and visionary leader called to serve in an urban, diverse, and dynamic community? St Paul’s w. St Mary’s in the heart of Harlow, are seeking a new full time Rector to lead us in our mission and revitalisation to share God’s love, deepen discipleship, and engage with the town’s growing and evolving population of all ages.

We value engaging preaching and worship, strong community partnerships and have a heart for the most vulnerable in our town.

As Rector, you will help us with our key priorities:

• Engage with the local community, building relationships with residents, businesses, and civic groups.

• Help us develop outreach initiatives that respond to the needs of Harlow, including social justice and mission work.

• Support and grow our ministry team, lay leaders, and volunteers.

• Help us develop and use our premises for the needs of the town.

We seek a Rector who is:

• A prayerful, compassionate, and relational leader; a shepherd to our flock.

• An engaging communicator, able to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.

• Passionate about mission and community outreach.

• Skilled in developing and equipping others for ministry.

• Would relish working in an urban setting with social and economic diversity.
