Are you an experienced leader with a passion for community engagement and collaborative ministry?

We are seeking a Rector for seven rural churches in a beautiful area of South Derbyshire and someone who will:

• Thrive on connecting with local people and fostering relationships within and beyond the church.

• Be creative and open-minded, celebrating the deeply valued traditions of each parish whilst innovating new forms of mission and ministry.

• Lead inspirational worship focused on Jesus Christ that inspires the congregations to grow in faith and witness.

This role is ideal for someone ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of rural ministry, supported by dedicated churchwardens, volunteers, and engaged communities
