HOURS: 40 hours Mon – Fri (Some weekend work and evenings may be required)

Leading the way in Mental Health and learning difficulty services across the UK, the company behind the vacancy is committed to delivering a high standard of Service User centred care, with the Service User encouraged and supported to be actively involved in the development and review of their care and education pathway in accordance with their own abilities.ROLE:
A Continuous Improvement Officer will assess, monitor, and enhance business performance for the organisation. In this role, you will analyse current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance.The role will involve working alongside the Registered Managers, the Director of
Learning Disabilities and Autism Cumbria, and Human Resources, to ensure issues relating to staff grievances, disciplinary matters, service user related incidents, as well as other ad hoc matters relating to our services, are carried out diligently and in accordance with the Healthcare Policies and Procedures.CANDIDATE REQS/QUALS:

  • A valid UK driving licence is essential for the role
  • Participate in regular CPD to ensure the role holder is up to date and credible in a wide range of areas
  • In addition they will be expected to undergo specific statutory and regulatory training as the role requires from time to time
  • Experience of discussing issues with, and presenting findings to Senior Management Teams
  • Strong report writing skills with the ability to present information and recommendations in a clear and logical way
  • Evidence of having implemented practices which have resulted in positive outcomes for people in healthcare settings
  • Must be educated to diploma/degree level or equivalent, in Health / Social Care related subject
