Experience within consumer electronics, automotive, retail and technology is a plus.Individual Responsibilities

  • Working closely and reporting to the European Marketing Director – consolidate and coordinate the work streams in various countries in Europe to create a single framework of reporting.
  • Consolidate the metrics of different campaigns and create reports covering results by working closely with individual country leads.
  • Track progress of regional projects and global campaigns as a central repository of data , reports and metrics.
  • Inform marketing efforts by researching customer behavior, market trends and other variables.
  • Compile and analyze campaign data to determine the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Closely partner and support in country marketing teams, focusing on the European key markets France, Germany, Spain, Nordics and the UK.
  • Support the European marketing lead in administrative jobs – this will include preparing various European reports, presentations, partner decks, organizing team meetings and events etc.
  • Support the European marketing team with different marketing task, e.g. on-site support at events (e.g. ADE in Amsterdam, IFA in Berlin, IBC in Amsterdam, CineEurope in Barcelona etc.), help with the creation of campaign and social media assets, admin etc.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor degree and background in consumer entertainment, technology industries.
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
  • Track record in working effectively with cross functional teams dispersed across the globe and working with external agencies.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and partnerships internally and externally.
  • Expertize in IT and IT tools (eg: Airtable, Box, Smartsheet, Sharepoint, Canva, editing software) to help the required job as defined above.
  • Data-oriented, analytical approach.
  • Creative thinking that inspires out-of-the box ideas.
  • Willingness to take on tasks outside of usual workloads.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence others for results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral in English language. Any other European language (preferrebly German, French or Spanish) is a plus.
