Most importantly, Le Wagon is a community of 25k+ graduates from all walks of life, including career changers, digital nomads, and many entrepreneurs – who’ve created 200+ tech startups and raised $1B+ and counting!As the Regional Marketing Manager (externally our Partnerships & Events Marketing Manager!), you will play a pivotal role in driving acquisition and increasing brand awareness for our tech bootcamps. We are seeking a highly organized individual to drive community engagement through innovative campaigns. With a sharp focus on KPIs, you’ll lead initiatives that attract applications and enrolments, solidifying Le Wagon’s position as a premier coding bootcamp.Your Mission :
- Plan, develop, and help execute a diverse range of both in-person and digital events, aimed at promoting the campus across the region. This involves concept, speaker recruitment, logistical arrangements, and extensive promotion through various channels to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead the creation of engaging and informative local content across various channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, white papers, and other content marketing platforms, to effectively grow our brand presence and generate leads within the target market in the UK.
- Proactively engage with a variety of communities and cultivate strategic partnerships with l tech players in your region to enhance brand visibility and establish Le Wagon’s presence within the region.
- Identify and leverage new regional and local sponsorship opportunities, including paid newsletters and branded content placements in niche media outlets, to expand promotional avenues and drive engagement.
- Develop and implement effective nurturing strategies, ensuring a seamless transition from prospects to enrolled students. Share insights and best practices with global teams and adapt global strategies to suit local market dynamics.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful execution of global product launches and marketing initiatives within your region.
- Define marketing budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously analyze and report data across all stages of the marketing funnel and channels utilized. Provide actionable insights, identify areas for improvement, and document best practices to optimize marketing efforts.
